Carl E. Alexander II is a retired Battalion Chief with three decades of leadership experience in public safety, emergency operations, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he led crews in high-risk, high-consequence environments where clarity, trust, and decisive leadership were essential.
His experience spans frontline response, executive leadership, training, and mentorship-always centered on people, preparedness, and performance.
Today, Carl is the founder of Valor IQ Group, LLC, where he helps individuals and organizations strengthen leadership, communication, and decision-making in complex environments.
